Who are Helping Hands Community Care?
Helping Hands Community Care commenced providing a service of care to people in their own homes in November 1988 responding to needs expressed in the Tynedale Area.
With forward thinking they have constantly widened the scope of services provided and have accumulated a considerable wealth of knowledge and experience in a wide variety of fields.
Through a dedicated team of Managers, Team Leaders, Care Workers and Administrators they are able to provide professional yet friendly services as an extension of family care for people in their own homes to suit each person’s individual needs.
We liaise closely with Local Authorities and with a programme of Quality Assurance are able to ensure that care provided is thorough and meets at least the National Minimum Standards for Domiciliary Care.
The areas of operation and network of Care Workers has extended throughout Northumberland, Gateshead and most of the North East. We are accredited by all Local Authorities within the North East Area.
