Helping Hands Community
Care is an organisation that values meeting the needs
and requirements of its customers and clients in providing
care, support and assistance to those who by nature of age,
illness or disability have difficulty with the routine activities
of daily life.
We are dedicated to a continuous
development of Quality management as an integral feature of all our
activities to ensure an improvement in the quality of care and personal
services to our clients achieving the highest possible level of customer
satisfaction at all times.
In the provision of care services all
Care Workers are informed and reminded of Clients rights as
to their privacy, dignity, independence, choice and their realisation
of personal aspirations and abilities in all aspects of daily life.
The National Minimum Standards for
Domiciliary Care have been developed and are regulated by the National
Care Standards Commission. These are seen as a minimum standard as
Codes of Practice, Guidelines and Procedures are developed which
enable each Care Worker to take pride in their work using their skills
and knowledge ensuring clients needs are fully met. |
